Built-in cabinets are a special challenge. Some are relatively easy to ventilate;
they hang on walls or stand on legs, allowing fans to be mounted on their bottom
surface. Others may have exposed tops, but many are completely hidden except for
their front surfaces. Whatever the details may be, ventilation systems used in built-in
cabinets may be visible. ATM has a complete line of products that combine quiet cooling
with an attractive appearance.
- Smaller cabinets, or small sections of larger cabinets, can use the Circle-vents,
also useful in boats or wherever a small volume must be cooled and appearance is
important.
Larger built-in cabinets may be candidates for either the Cool-vent or Cool-line
series of products with grilles in various woods or metal finishes.
- Where there is a basement or crawl space below a built-in cabinet, the Cool-cube
can be used to move heated air from a cabinet to the area below. Read our WHITE PAPER
on this subject.
